Personalized care is at the Heart of everything we do.
To our patients and residents, their families and our community:
At all times, the health and well-being of our patients, residents and our teammates is our first priority.
As part of our ongoing COVID-19 response, we continue to implement processes and protocols mandated by the Federal government and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). This includes guidance related to in-person visits at our center.
Our center is currently allowing in-person visits between residents and family members, in accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). To help ensure the safety of our residents, teammates and visitors, all in-person visits must be scheduled in advance. For more information on our in-person visitation protocols or to schedule a visit with your loved one, please contact our center directly.
We continue to ask for your understanding and patience as we make every effort to ensure the health and well-being of our patients, residents and teammates. Anyone with questions regarding on center's ongoing approach to the current COVID 19 pandemic is encouraged to contact the center directly.
At Elizabeth Adam Crump Health and Rehab, we’re committed to meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of those who have entrusted us with their care or the care of their loved one.
